Robison and Smith's main processing plant is located in Gloversville, New York. From here all linens are processed and shipped to depots in Potsdam and Syracuse. Currently, we process over 500,000 pounds of soiled linen weekly with a customer base of over 3,000 health care, restaurant, industrial, commercial, law offices, doctor offices and many more businesses requiring the need for re-usable textile services. In business at the same location since 1915, R&S Complete Textile Services has become a leader in products and unmatched customer focused service for the upstate NY area.

Established in 1915 through 3 generations, family owned & operated Robison & Smith services over 3000 customers. Providing services for: Hospitality / Restaurants, Retail stores, school districts, manufacturers, hotels, motels, inns, bed & breakfasts, municipalities, medical offices, colleges & universities, health care clinics, hospitals, uniforms for food service & industrial dust control service mats, wet & dry mops, drycleaning & household.

Through our Customer Visitations with our experienced management team we are able to gauge not only our quality and service but stay on top of changing markets & products.

Potsdam Depot
Robison & Smith has a depot location in Potsdam, NY, which is in the foothills of the Adirondack Park. We purchased this business from National Linen in 1997 which had 3 routes and five employees. Today, at the peak of our seasons, we have 6 routes and thirteen employees with over 650 accounts.

Syracuse Depot
The Syracuse branch was formed in 1999 in an effort to expand the western tier of New York. The depot has grown largely due to the service provided to its new customers and the efforts of its great service team. Such accounts as Syracuse University, Masonic Medical Labs and many fine restaurants and eating establishments has made us the #1 choice for textile services in the area.
